Candor Global Services is looking for an experienced Copywriter/Content coordinator to join the US based Certitrek team.

As a copywriter, you will create and edit new content targeted at specific audiences and distribute that content to various platforms. Content will include blog postings, whitepapers, case studies, website content, video, support and other collateral materials. This position will work with internal and external subject matter experts (SMEs) as well as marketing to develop a content strategy to engage current and prospective members. The Content Coordinator will utilize this as a guide to generate content and then edit that content as needed before publication. Work with marketing on determining and including long-tail terms that will aid in SEO and promoting new and existing products. Maintain a content calendar. Work with internal SMEs and others to generate content post titles for external SMEs.

Skills and Competencies:

  • SEO Optimization & Research
  • Content development across multiple channels
  • Microsoft Office and G Suite
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in US time zones Monday-Friday

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Create and edit new content:
  • create and edit new content targeted at specific audiences and distribute that content to various platforms.

2. SEO:

  • Manage keywords for website content, provide suggestions for optimization.
  • Develop and review keywords and headlines/ descriptions for Google ads.
  • Review quarterly or as needed for effectiveness.

3. Manage content calendar for each business unit:

  • Define audience targets, outline inventory gaps, and identify opportunities to better engage those target audiences.)
  • Weekly report stating content posted (with links) and report on any internal SME content that is late.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar to be used for digital campaigns/creative asset development.
  • Create and maintain a quarterly content schedule to be included in the yearly marketing content calendar (s). Work with SMEs for content development and approval.

4. Manage «Top 5» trends for each business unit:

  • Read headlines from a list of provided sources for each BU and determine what is trending for each BU.
  • Generate «Top 5» report each week and highlight any new trends that can be shared with marketing, sales and management.
  • Content Audience and Calendar.
