We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team.

What we expect from you:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing agency.
Advanced knowledge in digital marketing: SEO, SMM, content marketing, advertising campaigns, analytics, and more.
Previous experience in website development or experience in managing website development projects.
Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
Experience in project management: planning, budgeting, deadline control.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Analytical thinking and a drive for continuous self-improvement.
Proficiency in working with Excel/Google Spreadsheets.
English proficiency at B2 level (ability to engage in business correspondence).

What you need to do:

Full lifecycle project management: from client requirement alignment to successful implementation.
Client interaction: understanding their needs, consulting, and providing recommendations.
Coordination among various teams: designers, copywriters, marketers.
Preparation of briefs.
Crafting commercial proposals for SEO, SMM, and Ads (competitor analysis, website analysis, client information).
Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of launched campaigns.

Analytics: Google Analytics/Search Console
Creation and management of advertising campaigns: Google Ads, Facebook Ads
Keyword research: Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SemRush, SimilarWeb
Analysis services: Ahrefs, SemRush, SimilarWeb, and others
Lead generation/Email marketing: Snov.io, Expandi, Make
Social media management: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook
Documents, spreadsheets: Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, Microsoft Word/Excel
Advanced proficiency with AI tools, particularly ChatGPT
