Taryan Group, a leading development company in Ukraine, successfully operating in the market since 2012, is searching for a highly qualified lawyer to join our dynamic International project team.

Senior Lawyer for International Project

Location: Remote or Office-Based

Duration: Full-time

The ideal candidate should hold a higher education degree in law, possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in law, demonstrate fluency in English (both written and oral), and have a proven track record in drafting international contracts. Familiarity with due diligence processes, legal writing and drafting skills, as well as a comprehensive understanding of legal procedures in the development are essential. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a creativity, possess strong critical thinking skills and be result-oriented to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Drafting and reviewing contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

2. Providing legal opinions and advice on various matters arising in the company’s activities, offering strategic advice and risk assessment.

3. Assisting in due diligence procedures, conducting thorough reviews of legal documentation and identifying potential risks and liabilities.

4. Arranging and coordinating the work of engaged consultants and local lawyers, ensuring clarity, alignment with project objectives and deadlines, as well as the high quality of deliverables.
