Vacancy: Customer Support Representative

We, the Fin Sweet company, are looking for an energetic and responsible employee for the position of Customer Support Representative to provide high-quality service to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, answering their questions and solving problems.

Duties:

Answer phone calls and emails from customers
Providing advice on the company’s services and products
Solving and developing quick solutions in cases of customer appeals
Maintaining a customer database and registering appeals in the system

Requirements:

High responsibility and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Good command of Ukrainian language, knowledge of English will be an advantage
