Опис вакансії

Sombra is an IT outsourcing software development company with a team of 320 professionals and offices in Ukraine and Colombia.

We are currently seeking a proactive and goal-oriented individual who is curious to learn about the inner workings of the IT business. As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will work directly with our CEO, providing a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience. Additionally, there are opportunities for further growth and development within other departments of the company, making this role both challenging and rewarding

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a personal assistant;
  • Proactive and driven individual with a focus on achieving results;
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills;
  • Ability to multi-task and organize others;
  • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of a small team;
  • Attentive to detail and deadlines;
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Upper-intermediate English level or higher.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO;
  • Prepare Meeting Agenda for the CEO, write meeting notes, and organize logistics of the meetings if needed;
  • Conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents and presentations;
  • Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary;
  • Prepare official emails and documents on behalf of the CEO;
  • Manage CEO’s travel plans, visas and other important travel documentation; make sure that all information for business trips is gathered, prepared and always accessible for the CEO;
  • Help the CEO with some personal tasks, etc.
