Senior Ruby on Rails Developer

Description:

We’re looking for a Full Stack Ruby on Rails developer for a product that makes cloud-based business communication easier and more affordable, empowering people with superior quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead features development process from concept and design to production
• Develop both standalone and cross systems features, by working closely with other teams
• Write well designed, secured and efficient code

Requirements:

• 5+ years of strong hands-on experience, creating or maintaining web applications with Ruby on Rails — a must.
• Experience with delayed background jobs and queues within application — a must.
• Experience with API interconnections of different types — a must.
• Experience with relational and noSQL databases.
• Experience with other programming languages
• Enthusiasm and an interest in all things technology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
