Опис вакансії

TP-Link Ukraine(https://www.tp-link.com/uk-ua/) is looking for a Sales Manager who is bright, creative, self-motivated and experienced in B2B sales.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing market business and supporting sales of products on the market in the field of SMB;
  • Building and developing B2B partner sales channel such as system integrators (SI), VAD (value added disti), installation companies, etc.;
  • Expanding the relationships with existing partners by continuously proposing solutions that meet their targets;
  • Providing customer service at a commercial level and organizing of product training;
  • Gathering information and news on the company’s main competitors, monitoring competitive activity with clients and market trends;
  • Attending partner events, conferences and training sessions;
  • Managing key programs and activities, working with the marketing department, including product launch strategy;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to customize offers to meet specific customer needs and requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention;
  • Preparing regular sales reports.

What knowledge and skills you should have:

  • Higher education (economic, technical);
  • At least three years of proven work experience with business Wi-Fi, IP camera systems, CCTV etc.
  • B2 English (upper intermediate) level;
  • Interest and understanding of IT and new technologies;
  • Excellent communication skills with strong degree of diplomacy and the ability to work with a range of different people;
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
