We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountantto join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of the company’s financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
2. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
3. Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
4. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to identify discrepancies or potential issues.
5. Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
6. Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial support and analysis for various projects and initiatives.
8. Stay up-to-date on accounting standards and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.
9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to streamline accounting procedures.
10. Support external auditors during annual audits, providing documentation and explanations as needed.

We are working for US market, so our working hours in Ukraine 3 pm till midnight.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Proven experience working as an Accountant or in a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
4. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
