UI/UX Designer

WebbyLab is a Ukrainian IT outsourcing company. We develop scalable and feature-rich Web and Mobile applications using NodeJs, React, React Native, PHP stack. We have successfully completed projects for Daimler Mercedes-Benz, Bayer, Pfizer, Uber, Ezlo, etc.

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a UI/UX Designer in the Mobile APP area with managerial skills to join one of our fintech client projects. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in UX design combined with strong leadership capabilities, aiming to improve and manage mobile application interfaces effectively. This role demands a proactive individual who can grasp and address user needs within the fast-paced fintech environment.

Your skill set:

• Minimum 2 years of commercial UI/UX experience, focusing on mobile applications for B2C clients;
• Proficient in website and mobile app development with a strong ability to create user-friendly interfaces;
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator;
• Extensive knowledge of the iOS and Android ecosystems.
• Skilled in creating layouts, wireframes, and prototypes;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in guiding team dynamics;
• Familiar with agile methodologies and adept at working in dynamic environments;
• Comprehensive understanding of user interaction principles and visual design;
• Ability to implement for best design and UX practices;
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with digital payment systems and fintech.
• Background in mobile app product creation and management.

Your responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product stakeholders to identify and understand the unique needs of micro-businesses;
• Design user experiences that focus on simplicity and accessibility for users with diverse skill sets;
• Translate business objectives into actionable development steps;
• Provide technical expertise in the mobile app development frameworks and ensure adherence to best practices;
• Develop interface mockups and conduct design validation to comply with modern UI/UX practices;
• Perform final validations of products to ensure compliance with current UI/UX standards.
