Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans for marketing campaigns, focusing on strategies to promote our products, increase brand awareness, and maximize ROMI.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of company product features to monitor project progress effectively, manage timelines, and adjust budgets as needed.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights and journey to inform and refine project strategies.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials and content, ensuring consistency with the brand.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management, ensuring all processes meet company standards for accuracy, compliance, and governance.
  • Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness to maximize results, making data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends and identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Implement SEO strategies to increase online visibility.
  • Optimize website content for search engines.
  • Manage company social media accounts.
  • Create and post engaging content.
  • Execute paid digital advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage customer data using CRM.
  • Use tools like SEMrush for performance tracking.
  • Continuously improve marketing tactics based on data analysis.
  • Help build the marketing department from scratch.
  • Etc.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3−5 years of proven marketing experience, particularly in the Service Base sector (Insurance, CFO services, call centers services, staffing services etc.) or related fields.
  • Experience in B2B marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and executing marketing projects from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of the Service/Insurance industry, including its current trends and challenges.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of leading multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Skilled in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM software, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and expertise in building relationships to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and external partners.
  • Comfortable with managing external vendors and handling contract negotiations.
  • Strong analytical skills, focused on data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in conducting market research, analyzing trends, and gathering consumer insights.
  • Competency in analyzing campaign effectiveness and ROI to inform decisions.
  • Creative thinking skills with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and strategies.
  • Commitment to staying updated on the latest advancements in service/insurance industry and digital marketing.
  • Fluent in English
