ATM Field Service Technician

Virtual Planet is the branch of the company operating under the Shitcoins.club brand, the largest Bitcoin ATM operator in Europe. We are dynamically developing our company in Ukraine. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual for the position of ATM Field Service Technician.

Qualifications

• Driving License
• Good knowledge of the PC setup and how they work
• Ability to carry on all commissioned activities effectively
• Strong communication skills
• Basic understanding of cryptocurrencies
• Good availability
• Problem-solving orientation
• Good organizational and time management skills

Experience working as an ATM Service Technician before is an advantage. If you can grab a screwdriver in your hand, and if necessary, a soldering iron and a drill, and you can use these tools you will be a good fit for this role.

Responsibilities

• Installation and set-up of new ATMs for use by the public.
• Ensuring that all ATMs are fully working. To that end, the Service Technician should travel to all ATMs on Ukraine when a need to do so arises, in order to:

• refill the ATMs with cash;
• fix or replace broken parts in the ATMs;
• fix malfunctions connected to the monitoring equipment, magnetic gates, or server;
• resolve any issues with the internet connection

• Performing tasks in relation to the smooth running of the ATMs such as:

• safely take care of all cash waiting to be transported or already in transit,
• take out cash from ATMs where there is a lot of cash in the acceptor and taking it to ATMs where the dispenser drawer is running low on cash reserves,
• operate internal cash program,
• occasionally clean an ATM if the service technician believes it needs it.

• Occasionally representing the company as a Point of Contact.
• Provide administrative support to the Company, customers, clients, and staff members.
• Optional — regular Customer Support for clients
