Опис вакансії

Kormotech is an international company with Ukrainian roots that creates high-quality products for cats and dogs. We are the market leader in Ukraine in terms of sales and one of the world’s 60 largest pet food producers (according to the Petfood Industry Top Companies ranking). Our facilities include three high-tech pet food production plants. Two of them are located in an ecologically clean area in Lviv region (Ukraine), and the third is a wet feed production plant in Kėdainiai (Lithuania). Over the past 10 years, Kormotech has been selling its products to 40 countries. We export feed to the USA, the UK, Germany, Spain, Chile, Sweden, France, Estonia, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Latvia, Georgia and other countries.

Your responsibilities:

  • Implementation of brand strategies within the Company’s portfolio;
  • Participation in the process of assortment formation and pricing in distribution channels;
  • Formation of the trade marketing budget for the CEE region in collaboration with the commercial department and brand managers;
  • Development and systematic updating of the TMA activity plan in the CEE region;
  • Planning and implementation of marketing and trade marketing tools;
  • Marketing support: development, execution, and analysis of programs aimed at increasing distribution and sales growth;
  • Preparation of budget utilization reports and assessment of efficiency;
  • Monitoring competitor activities across all distribution channels;
  • Analysing market trends considering the company’s brand development plans;
  • Organizing regular price monitoring by categories, analysing the situation, and making pricing recommendations;
  • Setting tasks for the preparation and production of advertising materials for trade partners and end consumers.

Our requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Brand/Trade Marketing within the FMCG sector, including the development of promotional and/or trade marketing plans, and budget control & management;
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business and marketing processes;
  • Proven capabilities in budget management and campaign planning;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • A proactive approach, particularly in seeking alternative solutions;
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in Excel;
  • Ability to collaborate on projects with colleagues from different departments in a multicultural environment;
  • Possession of a driver’s license and flexibility for business travel across the CEE region;
  • Fluency in English is essential.
