Participated at a stage opening of a hypermarket from moment projecting the equipment, drawing up of the list of staff and duty regulations, selection of the personnel, the period of building of a hypermarket, carrying out of communication channels.
The primary goals:
- Maintenance of trouble-free work of the trading and industrial equipment: scales, cash desks, the scanner, packing machines, the computer, the server, data gathering terminals, microbooths, phones, automatic telephone exchange, printers;
- Maintenance of work of a cash line allowing cashiers to perform the work it qualitatively and effectively agree the current legislation, minimization of work of the cashier, maintenance of technical control of actions of the cashier;
- Drawing up of contracts, negotiation with service providers and the equipment;
- Selection and personnel training;
- The organization, management and control of productions / trading connected with the computing equipment;
- Training and control of work of departments with the software and the equipment;
- Working out of instructions and methodical recommendations to the hypermarket personnel;
- Selection and equipment purchase;
- Designing of reports;
- Audit of registration errors of trading process, the analysis of the financial data;
- Software working out, drawing up of those tasks for working out ON, testing ON;
- Minimization of industrial expenses;
- Budgeting of expenses of the future period;
- The account and the analysis of expenses of communication, working out of actions on decrease in their expenses;
- Carrying out of re-structuring of department;
- Observance of norms of the account the equipment;
- Carrying out of write-off of the goods;
- Installation of the prices and margins.

Taking active part in management of a hypermarket I has well studied specificity of work of all divisions of large wholesale-retail trade enterprise. The joint decision of problems with heads of all links at stages of trading process grant to me is right to apply for this post.
Analyzing the experience, I can assert that I like to work on result, perfectly I consult as with command game, and to solve problems alone. Had experience of a management by departments consisting as from 5 persons, and the big departments on 60 persons, consisting of several divisions.
The understanding of bases of accounting and knowledge of legislative norms always helped with work, in the permission of questions at issue, in dialogue with supervising bodies, performance and drawing up of technical problems on introduction ERP, CRM, MRP - systems.
For an operating time in the PARUS-bukovina has gained unique experience. It was responsible for work of accounting systems in organizations much large and in the lead in the branch.
