•Responsible for anticipating risks linked to the supply chain.
• Reviewing and validate each purchase file as per validation matrix, at PR, Selection, PO and payment stage.
•Complying with all financial and procurement policies and procedures, including those relating to anti-bribery.
•Solving all issues with ICT.
•Inventarisation of all equipment on the project/mission.
• Assets management.
•Ensure that all facilities in mission are equipped and prepared by UK-MED standards with all backup systems.
•Ensure that all backup systems are prepared, installed and functioning. Hibernation kit is sorted and expire date checked.
•Preparing and collaborating in the establishment of the annual budget of the IT and Telecom families.
•Ordering needed equipment from other hubs.
