    Job description

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role (preferred but not required).
    • Excellent written communication skills in English (at least at the B2 level
    • Availability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
    • Strong communication skills and smart thinking
    • Personal computer and reliable internet connection and backup power and connection sources (in case of power outages)
    • Positive attitude
    • Must be able to work at nights and weekends
