Responsibility:

  • Search and qualify potential lead/clients;
  • Work with prospects, generate new leads;
  • Business correspondence and video conferences with potential clients;
  • Contract and terms negotiations;
  • Clarification of the client’s requirements (needs) and sales activities (deal closing);
  • Maintaining data, statistics, and reporting on each active client;
  • Maintain and clean-up CRM to keep all the lead information up-to-date;
  • Report on weekly and monthly progress.

Skills:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in international B2B sales, IT sphere is preferable;
  • Structured mind, ability to create and follow processes;
  • Experience with sales funnels;
  • Team player, who finds solutions;
  • Positive, cheerful, people person;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Advanced spoken and written English;
  • Experience in selling services to Western European and North American markets;
  • Great self-management skills;
  • Be familiar with web and mobile development lifecycle (searching+qualifying+closing stages);
  • Experience with Jira, CRM (Hubspot/ AmoCRM), social networks (LinkedIn, XING, Medium, Quora, Twitter, etc.);
  • Experience of closing medium and big deals;
  • Proactive and always shows strong initiative;
  • Knowledge of business correspondence culture;
  • Great presentation skills, ability to speak clearly and listen;
  • Must have skills and desire to sell.

It will be cool if you have:

  • Experience in IT sales (outsourcing / dedicated teams);
  • Great network local/international;
  • Multinational experience.
