• English — Upper Intermediate level is a must
• Working from office in Ivano-Frankivsk

• Ability to work evening hours Ukrainian Time / second shift

• Stress-resistance

• Multitasking

• Attention to Detail

• Team Player

• Typing speed above 40 WPM

• Checking e-mails, responding to all of the ones addressed to you
• Data Entry
• Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
• Answering the phone, calling clients, trucking companies, airlines, carriers, brokers, etc.
• Negotiating contract and pricing agreements with carriers
• Booking Shipments, arranging pick ups
• Tracking and updating shipment status to customers
