Job description

We are inviting you to become a part of our company as a Sales Manager!

GotYourBack Support is a Ukrainian IT company, working both in B2C and B2B market, providing remote technical assistance to English-speaking users all over the world, as well as being the voice of our partners' brands and the main tool for building trust and open relationships with their customers.

✅ WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Process incoming calls, messages in the chat (warm database);
  • Sell our technical service and software subcriptions to English-speaking customers from the USA, Canada and Europe;
  • Upsell or cross-sell products or services where appropriate;
  • Maintain a friendly, professional attitude to foster positive customer relationships;
  • Work with the sales team to achieve collective goals;
  • Take part in regular trainings and team meetings to enhance skills and coordinate efforts.

💪 YOU WILL SUCCEED IF:

  • You have confident English skills (B2+), enough for easygoing conversations with native speakers;
  • You want to develop in sales and technology spheres;
  • You are an ambitious and proactive person with a desire to be the best and constantly improve;
  • You are stress resistant, focused on results, want to work and earn money.
  • Proven experience in sales or in a similar role would be a plus.
