At this point, Zelh is looking for a Non-technical Recruiter (Logistics field) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
- Set hiring goals (e.g. quarterly and annual)
- Screen candidates' resumes and job application
- Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and through referrals
- Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews, and in-person meetings)
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote company’s reputation as the «best place to work»

Job requirements:
- 1.5 + years of experience in the recruitment field
- Experience with the logistics domain
- Managing experience would be a plus
- Work experience as an In-house Recruiter
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment
- English level — Advanced
- Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong decision-making skills
