Pharmbills, a trailblazer in the outstaffing industry with a team of 850+ professionals spanning the USA, Bulgaria, Portugal, Ukraine, and Czechia is seeking a skilled Financial and Accounting Specialist for our innovative team. In our contractor-based relations, your role will be pivotal in managing financial and accounting operations, including payroll responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of financial reports.
- Analysis of financial data.
- Oversight of internal controls.
- Preparation of income statements.
- Streamlining accounting functions.
- Management of financial transactions.
- Development of plans for financial growth.
- Evaluation and management of risk.
- Coordination of audit processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in finance and accounting management.
- English proficiency at B2+ level.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
- Experience with auditing processes.
- Compliance-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Analytical skills.
