Role: QA Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive testing at all levels to ensure software quality.
• Provide exceptional technical support to our customers.
• Draft and maintain clear, concise technical documentation.
• Actively participate in meetings, contributing valuable insights and feedback.

Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of commercial work experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in various types of testing with practical implementation skills.
• Proven customer service experience — able to handle queries via in-person, text, or phone interactions.
• Familiarity with developer tools in browsers.
• Proficiency in English — both written and spoken.
• Competent in using task-tracking systems and generating detailed reports.
• Ability to write clear and effective test cases.
• A friendly demeanor coupled with a responsible attitude.
