Reporting analyst

A company that provides outsourcing services for American partners requires a Reporting analyst. Field of activity: real estate (timeshare property). Working as part of the Reporting Team.

Role Description:

• Preparation of Management reports (weekly reporting)
• Raw data checking up with other sources/cleaning it up
• Consolidating data from different reports
• Monthly Closure process (reconciliation with accounting team)
• Updating company’s quarterly/yearly Forecasts (Rental revenue section)
• Preparing ad-hoc analytical reports/presentations at the request of internal users
• Identifying issues at every step of the process and addressing them proactively and timely

Main requirements:

• Higher Economic/Financial Education
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Profound/Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, Formatting, Complex Formulas). Power Query would be considered a plus
• Ability to read and understand financial data/metrics
• Good command of English (both verbal and written)
• Flexibility to adjust working hours to match the demand and to meet deadlines
