Job description

Evergame team Lviv, Ukraine is looking for a hard-working and responsible Sales Manager (non-IT products) to help us improve our business with our existing customers. We want our company to be competitive and client-oriented and you will help us to meet our targets. Our sales manager will be responsible for his/her clients with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

Written and verbal communication skills: English B2 + Chinese or Japanese ;
Experience in sales will be a plus (but not mandatory, because with us you’ll be a super professional very soon)
Excellent client service skills (would be nice if you knew how to communicate with customers)
Team player and a quick learner (Our Team leader will do her best to help you)
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
Desire to learn and improve

Main Duties

Representing the company, processing orders from B2B customers
Written and verbal communication (via phone, Skype, WhatsApp) with customers
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Evaluating the needs of customers and reporting to the management
