Job description
The CRM Support Engineer provides high-quality application support to users, ensuring efficient management of all requests or incidents reported by users by offering solutions adapted and customized to their needs.
Requirements:
- Technical skills: Microsoft Office, basic knowledge of databases (MySQL).
- Experience with ticketing systems such as GLPI or JIRA.
- Very good communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Additional advantage: Experience in CRM expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Manages IT requests and incidents reported by the Service Desk or N1 support.
- Identifies and proposes efficient solutions for complex and atypical incidents.
- Develops productive and valued relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders to facilitate activities.
- Monitors the platform to solve all requests and incidents according to SLA.
- Communicates in a positive, professional, and effective manner to resolve user requests.
- Ensures compliance with SLA requirements, deadlines, and role-specific procedures.
- Informs the direct manager of any blockages, resource unavailability, or risks related to deadlines and deliverable quality.
- Other job-specific responsibilities as delegated by the direct manager.
