Finance Specialist

Job description

We are looking for a Finance Manager in a product IT company.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with day-to-day financial tasks such as accounting, expense management, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Being in charge of the payments processing flow.
Monthly preparation of a set of financial statements in line with IFRS requirements.
Communicating with external bookkeepers and other service providers.
Supporting the finance team in preparing monthly management reports for the Management Board, Budgeting, and Investing processes.

Supporting external audits.
Helping in developing, implementing, and improving accounting and financial policies and processes with stakeholders.

Required experience:

Higher education in finance, economics, accounting, or audit.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Internal Audit/IFRS/Finance Department roles.
Experience in applying IFRS standards and in preparing financial statements.
Strong Excel skills.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Experience in the consolidation of financial statements is a strong plus.
