Recruiting Coordinator

Terms: Full-time

Employment: ФОП, the company covers all taxes and provides a paid training period, 2 weeks of paid vacation annually, 1 week of paid sick leave annually, and birthday leave.

Working Hours: 16.00 — 01.00 (Kyiv time), Monday — Friday

About the role: This role is a full-cycle recruitment position focused on sourcing and selectingdrivers. The key responsibilities include proactive candidate sourcing, building a strong talent pipeline, screening applicants, conducting phone interviews, and supporting the hiring process through assessments, reference checks, and onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Actively source and identify potential drivers through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
• Review applications to assess candidates' qualifications.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide guidance and consultation on the selection of candidates.
• Administer assessments, tests, or other evaluation tools as needed.
• Check references and perform background checks on selected candidates.
• Address any candidate concerns and facilitate orientation and training.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a talent acquisition role will be a plus.

• Knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing methods, and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit accurately.
• Negotiation skills and familiarity with compensation and benefits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
