Transportation Dispatcher (Reefer, Open Deck Division)

We specialize in a range of transportation services, including Full Truckload (FTL), Truckload (TL), Less than a Truckload, dry, temperature-control, hazmat, and over-dimensional freight. Vista Trans Holding is offering job opportunities for professional independent dispatchers with previous experience with dry vans, reefers, and open decks.

Terms: Full-time/Independent Contractor (ФОП)

Working hours: 15:00 — 01:00 (Kyiv time), Mon-Fri

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the transportation dispatch team.
• Ensure adherence to DOT regulations and company safety standards during load pick-up, transit, and delivery.
• Oversee and verify cargo loading and securement procedures.
• Strategically acquire the most efficient loads to maintain cost and profit effectiveness for the company.
• Resolve freight-related issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Update and manage equipment and load-related information in corporate CRM, Google Drive, and loading board.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of dispatch activities.
• Maintain regular office attendance and provide driver support using personal means of communication.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a freight dispatcher with dry vans, reefers, or open decks
• In-depth knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in transportation management software systems (TMS) and GPS tracking systems.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
