Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage a team of specialists working on Klaviyo account optimization for our diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively lead and manage a team of copywriter, designer, and tech specialist
• Coordinate all processes and ensure timely project delivery
• Conduct quality assurance on all deliverables before client submission
• Develop strategic email marketing plans for clients in collaboration with the team
• Drive client revenue growth through optimization and upselling opportunities
• Facilitate weekly team coordination calls and sync meetings
• Monitor team KPIs and maintain high performance standards
• Delegate tasks effectively and oversee execution quality

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing teams of 3+ specialists
• Understanding of email marketing and hands-on experience with Klaviyo
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
• Excellent project coordination and quality control abilities
• Creative mindset with keen attention to detail
• Experience in task delegation and performance oversight
• Strong leadership and team development skills
