    Job description

    ❗❗❗⚠️ Fluent English B2+ both written and spoken is a MUST.

    ❗❗❗⚠️ Requires strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate clearly to a wide audience, including investors and strategic partners.

    Role Overview

    At EleonSoft, we are seeking a dynamic Business Manager, fluent in English (B2 or higher), to support our business partnership development while ensuring the highest quality across our digital marketing assets and products.

    Key Responsibilities

    📌 Marketing & Communication: Collaborate in the creation of compelling pitch decks and marketing collateral that effectively communicate our vision and value proposition.

    📌 Business Development: Identify and secure revenue-sharing partnerships by supporting the complete cycle—from initial outreach through to successful deal closure.

    📌 Relationship Management: Work closely with investors and venture funds team members to foster and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships.

    📌 Investment Strategy: Contribute to the design and implementation of strategies aimed at attracting strategic investments.

    About You

    We are looking for someone who is:

    ✔️ Fluent English (both written and spoken) is a must; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

    ✔️ A fast learner who adapts quickly to new challenges.

    ✔️ Proficient in developing high-quality presentations and documentation.

    ✔️ Eager to develop negotiation and deal-closing skills to secure impactful partnerships.

    ✔️ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

    🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or another closely related field (advanced studies such as an MBA are a plus)

    ❗❗❗⚠️ Initial internship required to understand our product suite. Following the internship, a salary will be offered to qualified candidates.

    • 📈 Data-Driven Financial Modeling Build live SaaS financial models covering Revenue, COGS, Staff, SG&A, CAPEX, monthly/annual FS, SaaS KPIs, cap-table evolution, and exit scenarios.
