Job description
Vector Moving is a logistics company with 10 years of experience in the US market (New York and New Jersey). We organise moves for private and commercial clients, we focus on quality, high level of customer service and use of modern IT solutions. Our rankings are in the top on key platforms in our niche.

We’re looking for a Marketing Director with a strong focus on lead generation, strategic vision, and team leadership — someone who will turn marketing into a revenue engine.
Please note: we are only considering candidates who are not running their own agencies or involved in other active freelance projects. This is a full-time strategic role.
Terms:
- 100% remote working — will need stable internet, a powerful PC and a working environment (minimising the impact of blackouts);
- Schedule: Mon-Fri from 15:00 to 23:00, flexible lunch 30 minutes;
- Probationary period: 2−3 months;
- Salary at PP:$2000−2300 (fix + KPI, depending on candidate’s competences). After PP: $2600−3000 in the first year with the prospect of growth;
- Additional bonuses and social package — to be discussed individually.
Who we need:
- Can speak English at Intermediate (B1) level and above (high level of written English, excellent knowledge of Russian (the owner is not from Russia and actively supports Ukraine, there are Russian-speaking employees in the team);
- You’re growth-obsessed: performance marketing, funnels, paid ads, ROI, CPL, CAC — you live and breathe these metrics;
- You’re strategic and hands-on: from designing a roadmap to setting up Google Ads campaigns — you’re ready to own the entire funnel
- You love building systems and teams: you’ll manage and grow a team (SMM, digital, contractors), create SOPs, and drive accountability;
- You’re bold and proactive: you don’t wait for directions — you pitch, test, and implement;
- You understand or have worked with the US market — this is a big advantage.
Professional Requirements:
- Experience in the position of marketing director from 2 years;
- Excellent knowledge of digital: SEO, context, SMM, content, email, websites;
- Strong analytical skills: Google Analytics, ROMI/ROI, reporting;
- Experience in lead generation: context, offline activities, email;
- Marketing education or courses would be an advantage;
- Team and contractor management skills:Ability to inspire the team, negotiate and monitor execution.
- Ability to achieve and develop KPI’s and back this up with numbers.

Key Tasks:
- Development and implementation of marketing strategy — taking into account seasonality, peculiarities of the logistics market;
- Systematisation and restart of processes in the marketing department: documentation, roles, KPIs, areas of responsibility;
- Building a system of strategic lead generation for the Company’s current resources;
- Launch and promotion of additional services of the company as separate product areas;
- Implementation and testing of modern tools (AI, automation, CRM integrations);
- Formation and control of the marketing team: SMM, targeting, digital marketer (internal/outsourced);
- Monitoring, analytics and reporting: key metrics, ROMI/ROI, improvement initiatives;
- Work on offline marketing (branding, offline promotions, guerrilla marketing and local advertising).
