Media Buyer, Growth Marketing Manager

Position: Performance Marketer at K&K Media Location: Fully Remote (preferably candidates from Ukraine) Flexible Working Hours: This is a part-time role with a flexible schedule. Most communication happens between 13:00/14:00 — 22:00/00:00 (Kyiv time), when full-time team members are online

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager specialized in Meta and TikTok advertising. The role involves managing ad campaigns, tracking, and working with attribution models, Triple Whale, Hyros, GA4, and etc

Responsibilities

• Design and manage campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok (primary focus: Meta; Pinterest experience is a plus)
• Track performance, manage budgets, and hit ROAS/CPA targets
• Collaborate with the team to test, learn, and scale media-buying strategies
• Communicate with teammates to optimize spend and drive growth

Requirements

1) Practical hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok (Pinterest is a plus)

2) Proven, hands-on experience in e-commerce for Shopify stores with monthly budgets of $50,000+ and demonstrated scaling results

3) Experience with Tier-1 markets

4) English B1+ with clear communication

5) Proficiency with Triple Whale, Hyros, GA4 or similar

6) High self-organization, ownership, and proactive mindset

Nice to have

• Pinterest Ads (setup, optimization, creatives).
• TikTok Ads, TikTok Shop operations.
