Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Support the preparation and issuance of purchase orders and requisitions.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, pricing, and supplier information.
• Conduct market research to identify potential.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Assist in negotiating terms with suppliers.
• Work with project team to outsource the telecom installations and provide the installation teams plan to the project and monitor the status of installation teams from subcontractors.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance procurement.
• Report generation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of procurement or field operation or civil works or installatoin service is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior internship or work experience in field installation ,civil work, telecom engineering work, project manangement, or a related field is preferred but not required.
