Chief Technology Officer, Head of IT

Our company is searching for an experienced and strategic Chief Technology Officer. This key leadership role will drive our technological vision, oversee product development, and ensure our systems align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a modern IT infrastructure based on AWS and/or Azure.
• Lead cross-functional product development teams.
• Establish and manage software development lifecycle (SDLC), including CI/CD and service support processes.
• Oversee budgeting and ensure cost control across IT initiatives.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in IT operations and architecture.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years in senior IT leadership or related roles. Experience in telecom operators, or product-based IT companies is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and enterprise ERP systems.
• Knowledge of operational workflows within retail or financial institutions (e.g., stores, bank branches).
• Proven experience in process automation and digital transformation, including ML/AI applications.
• Strong background in process performance measurement and monitoring.
• Experience working with product teams and building IT solutions, ideally cloud-native.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• English — Intermediate to Advanced level.
