We’re looking for a Swift Developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving real user problems, and wants to help shape the future of how job seekers navigate the hiring process on mobile.

About the Role

As one of the first iOS developers on our core team, you’ll play a critical role in building our new mobile experience from the ground up. You’ll collaborate closely with our founders, product manager, and designer to bring powerful tools to job seekers—right in their pocket.

What You’ll Work On

• Architect and develop our new iOS app in Swift (native)

• Build clean, intuitive mobile interfaces that help users apply for jobs in just a few clicks

• Integrate with our backend APIs (Laravel/PHP)

• Track user behavior and iterate quickly based on product analytics and feedback

• Work closely with design and product to ship fast and refine features rapidly

What We’re Looking For

We’re not just hiring another iOS dev—we're looking for a true builder. Someone who’s excited to take ownership, learn fast, and help define the foundation of a breakout product.

• Strong experience with Swift and native iOS development

• You care deeply about UX, performance, and clean code

• You’re comfortable working with REST APIs and understand backend/frontend integration

• You thrive in a startup environment: fast, scrappy, and full of opportunity

• You’re not afraid of responsibility—you own your work from idea to execution

• Bonus: experience with cross-platform frameworks (e.g. SwiftUI, Flutter) or integrating native features like camera, location, notifications
