We are a desktop SaaS CRM and multi-account browser built specifically for agencies and creators operating across fan platforms, messengers, and social media. With a strong product-market fit and thousands of active users, we’re now looking for a Head of Marketing to expand our inbound engine, elevate brand visibility, and accelerate revenue growth.

Role Overview:

Title: Head of Marketing

Level: Senior / Leadership

Reports to: CEO / Founder

Works closely with: Head of Sales and internal marketing team (SMM, copywriter, SEO specialist, landing page builder)

Objective: Take full ownership of an already-functioning inbound marketing engine and scale it rapidly across SEO, content, email, YouTube, and community to drive growth and strengthen brand equity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand and optimize our inbound marketing channels — SEO, content, email, YouTube
  • Enhance and deepen email automation flows for lead nurturing, reactivation, and upselling
  • Improve consistency and performance of our branded YouTube content
  • Define and evolve the brand’s tone of voice across all user touchpoints
  • Conduct a comprehensive SWOT analysis of the brand and marketing funnel
  • Lead our Telegram-first community marketing strategy and grow user engagement
  • Collaborate closely with sales to increase funnel conversion rates
  • Own all funnel metrics — set KPIs, run A/B tests, and implement data-driven improvements
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all content and campaigns
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing, creative, and accountable marketing team

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in early-stage SaaS or creator/digital economy products — ideally during traction or scale-up phases
  • Proven success working in fast-paced, lean environments — not corporate enterprise structures
  • Demonstrated ability to scale existing inbound systems, not just build them from scratch
  • Strong grasp of funnel-stage content strategies, SEO mechanics, and lead nurturing techniques
  • Expertise in email marketing with a focus on lifecycle automation and behavioral triggers
  • Experience growing YouTube channels and understanding content-performance cycles
  • Skilled in defining and managing brand tone of voice — beyond just visuals
  • Clear, strategic thinker with strong execution and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent English (written and spoken), with a focus on public-facing quality and clarity
  • Strong copywriting skills across UX and performance-based marketing

What Success Looks Like:

In 3 Months:

  • Completed SWOT analysis and delivered a strategic roadmap for next-phase growth
  • Optimized SEO, email, and YouTube efforts with clear KPIs in place
  • Marketing team is aligned and producing measurable outputs
  • Brand tone of voice and messaging are defined and reflected across all channels

In 6 Months:

  • Inbound lead volume has grown across all core channels
  • Telegram engagement loops are active and growing
  • Funnel metrics show significant improvement
  • YouTube channel is gaining traction with clear positioning and regular content
  • Community marketing efforts are structured and self-sustaining

In 12 Months:

  • Inbound engine is driving consistent, high-quality revenue growth
  • Brand is recognized and trusted across fan platforms, social, and messenger ecosystems
  • Marketing team is operating at high velocity with strong ownership culture
  • Marketing, sales, and product functions are fully aligned for scale
