    What You’ll Do

    • Identify and approach high-potential tech candidates for clients on both local and international markets.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, Boolean search, and other channels.
    • Conduct initial outreach and qualification conversations to assess candidate fit.
    • Keep our ATS and candidate database up to date; track status and hand off qualified profiles to recruiters.
    • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategies.

    What We’re Looking For

    • 1 year of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment research, or a related function. We consider candidates with no experience as well.
    • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
    • Eager to learn, curiosity about technology roles, and a proactive approach.
    • Comfort with online research, basic familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel.

    Nice-to-Have

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt sourcing tactics quickly.
    • Basic understanding of tech roles (e.g., developers, QA, DevOps).
