    Job description

    Hej! We are a growing Amazon wholesale business looking for a proactive and persuasive B2B Sales Specialist to join our team. Your main task will be negotiating directly with brands to secure permission to resell their products on Amazon and receive price lists.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Conducting B2B calls to U.S.-based brands (during U.S. business hours)

    • Presenting our company and negotiating cooperation terms

    • Requesting permission to sell their products on Amazon

    • Collecting price lists and filling out brand forms

    • Maintaining an organized brand CRM

    • Negotiating discounts, shipping terms, and packaging details

    • Following up and clarifying product/order-related information

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Advanced spoken and written English (B2-C2) — confident for negotiations and business emails

    • Strong communication and persuasion skills

    • Ability to present yourself and the company professionally

    • Experience in sales, negotiations, or account management

    • Proficiency with Google Sheets & ChatGPT

    • Goal-oriented mindset — we value those who get results

    • Experience with Amazon wholesale or reselling is a big plus
