Financial Analyst

We are Softsich, a young and ambitious company growing rapidly in the iGaming industry. We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst to strengthen our finance team and take ownership of management reporting, financial process control, and in-depth analytics.

What you’ll be doing:

• Independently prepare management reports: P&L, Cash Flow
• Monitor the maintenance of the financial database by financial managers
• Analyze and correct discrepancies in the Cash Flow on a daily basis
• Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable balances by platform
• Maintain and reconcile marketing-related accounts payable balances in cooperation with the marketing analyst
• Conduct plan vs. actual analysis of company revenue performance and analyze deviations together with the financial analyst
• Monitor departmental budget execution and analyze causes of variances
• Reconcile platform reports with data from Tableau and the financial database
• Actively participate in the transition to a new accounting system
• Prepare additional reports upon management request

What matters for this role:

• Higher education in finance, economics, or accounting
• At least 1 year of experience in financial reporting (ideally in Game or related industries)
• Strong proficiency in Excel (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Experience working with BI tools, such as Tableau
• Understanding of how P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Reports are structured and interconnected
• Analytical mindset: ability to see the bigger picture, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights
• Ability to clearly present financial information — both in writing and verbally
• Team player: experience collaborating with different departments
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
