About Skills4Cause
Skills4Cause is flipping the fundraising model on its head. Instead of asking for cash, we’re unlocking human capital and helping nonprofits raise money by turning their supporters' skills into services others can buy! It’s a marketplace with an impact. We’re early, scrappy, and focused. If you’ve ever said «I wish my work actually meant something,» keep reading.
What We Need
We’re looking for someone who can own our social channels — not just post, but help build a voice, tell our story, and make people stop scrolling. This is not a traditional social media «scheduler» job. We need a multi-talented creative doer who can:
- esign visuals (posts, carousels, headers, etc.)
- Write snappy, smart, on-brand captions and copy
- Edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks, testimonials)
- Understand trends, but also how to stand out
- Post across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook and other channels
You Might Be a Fit If:
- You’ve managed social for a small brand, startup, nonprofit, or personal brand
- You’re a graphic design generalist who knows Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, or similar
- You can clip and edit video in CapCut, Descript, or similar
- You have a good eye and great instincts
- You’re a clear communicator and don’t need your hand held
- You care about causes and community, not just clicks
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working with marketplaces, creators, or nonprofits
- Familiarity with scheduling tools like SproutSocial, Hootsuite or Metricool
- Bonus if you’ve run paid ads or boosted posts before (we might test this later)

Compensation: Hourly Rate
