Job description

Base X Tech is a fast-growing team building custom eCommerce and Shopify-based solutions for international clients. We’re looking for a Project Manager who knows how to lead projects, communicate with clarity, and keep both clients and teams moving forward — without micromanagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage multiple ongoing projects across time zones
Lead clear and proactive communication with clients
Translate business goals into actionable tasks and timelines
Run team rituals: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews
Prioritize tasks and resources across design, development, and QA
Own delivery timelines and monitor progress
Identify blockers early and take initiative to resolve them

REQUIREMENTS

1+ year of experience as a PM in web development, digital, or agency environments
Comfortable using ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace
Basic understanding of contracts, invoicing, and budgeting
Familiarity with web product development workflows (ideally in eCommerce)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear, professional, and timely communication
Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English for direct communication with clients
Basic understanding of SEO and how it affects product decisions and delivery

NICE TO HAVE

Experience working with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms
Familiarity with Figma and design handoff
Previous experience in cross-functional or remote-first teams
