About Us: ATC Family Transport Inc. is a growing logistics company specializing in flatbed and step deck freight. We’re looking for a highly organized and driven Dispatcher / Sales Agent to join our remote team and help coordinate operations while also playing a role in building strong broker relationships and identifying profitable loads.

Position Overview:

As a Dispatcher / Sales Agent, you’ll be responsible for managing the daily operations of our fleet and contributing to the financial performance by booking profitable loads. This hybrid role combines dispatch coordination with a sales mindset focused on strong broker communication and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

Load Booking & Sales:

• Source, negotiate, and book profitable flatbed and step-deck loads

• Build and maintain relationships with freight brokers and shippers

Driver Coordination:

• Monitor and support drivers on the road

• Provide delivery instructions, updates, and assistance as needed

• Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries

Securement & Safety Oversight:

• Verify proper cargo securement

• Report any securement or safety issues promptly

Breakdown Support:

• Coordinate cost-effective repair services when breakdowns occur

Communication & Documentation:

• Maintain consistent, professional communication with drivers and brokers

• Log and report operational issues to management

Reporting:

• Submit weekly performance and expense reports

Requirements:

• Strong English (spoken and written)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Dispatch or logistics experience (flatbed/step deck preferred)

• Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure

• Familiarity with dispatch software and load boards is a plus

• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
