    Job Title: Senior Recruiter Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time

    About the Role We’re looking for a sharp and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the hiring process — from sourcing top talent through headhunting to negotiating offers and making sure only the best candidates move forward.     What You’ll Do

    • Proactively headhunt and source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and other networks

    • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process — job posting, screening, interviews, and feedback

    • Conduct deep screening and strict filtering of candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements

    • Lead interview debriefs and work closely with hiring managers to refine hiring strategies

    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future needs

    • Handle salary negotiations and final offer management

    • Track metrics to improve efficiency and time-to-hire

    What We’re Looking For

    • 3+ years of experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency)

    • Proven ability to headhunt and close top-tier candidates in competitive markets

    • Strong negotiation skills and a strategic approach to hiring

    • Experience with strict screening methods — you know how to identify red flags early

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

    Nice to Have

    • Experience hiring in international or multicultural environments

    • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics
