Job description

TP-Link Ukraine is seeking a B2B sales professional to help drive continuous growth in the Enterprise Business Group. As market leaders in the networking space, TP-Link aims to establish a horizontal salesforce network and is looking for a driven, dynamic, and ambitious professional to further enhance the depth and breadth of B2B channel management together with our distributor. Based on a one-stop networking and security solution, this will allow the successful candidate to make a significant impact and truly play a part in the development and success of the business moving forward.

Position Overview:

As a Distribution Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing our business in the distribution channel, including value-added and broadline distributors. You will be responsible for recruiting new potential B2B partners, organizing workshops, roadshows, and webinar training with and through distributors, and analyzing distributor databases for vertical partners and end users (public sector, education, military, hospitality, electrical, etc.).

Job Description:

  • Overall B2B business management with the distributor channel, including channel development, sales solution delivery, and related marketing activities.
  • Identify and recognize new partner accounts using distributor databases and Salesforce, with a focus on system integrators, B2B resellers, and installers.
  • Drive and motivate distributor sales and product teams to sell our complete category solutions (Omada + VIGI), and grow in-house share within the distributor.
  • Identify and nurture new value-added distributors, focusing on verticals such as networking, CCTV, electrical, UC, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, vertical sales, marketing, and technical support, to deliver complete solution services and brand value.
  • Stay involved in and informed about B2B market trends, distribution channel updates, competitor actions, and market news to support effective decision-making.
  • Summarize and present sales reports.

We are looking for:

  • Proven sales experience in B2B sectors (experience in enterprise networking and security is an advantage).
  • In-depth experience with B2B distributors and strong understanding of the B2B market, well-established relationships with local partners, and knowledge of how to kick off business with distributors.
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales goals, strong sense of ownership, and independence in generating new accounts and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience required, with readiness to engage daily with distributor sales and product teams.
  • Experience in project management and maintaining account pipelines and databases.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English.
  • Driving license category B.
