Job description

TP-Link Ukraine is seeking a regional B2B sales professional to support continuous growth in the Enterprise Business Group. As market leaders in the consumer and SMB networking space, TP-Link aims to establish a regional salesforce network. We are looking for a driven, dynamic, and ambitious professional to further enhance the depth and breadth of B2B channel management by regional division. Based on a one-stop networking and security solution, this role will allow the successful candidate to make a significant impact and play an active part in the development and success of the business moving forward.

Position Overview:

As a Territory Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing our business in your designated region. You will be responsible for recruiting new B2B partners, managing key accounts allocated within the region, and developing B2B industry business (public sector, education, military, hospitality, etc.).

Job Description:

  • Overall B2B account management: develop and implement sales targets and improve B2B channel coverage within the designated territory and relevant verticals.
  • Identify and nurture new accounts within the territory and verticals, with a focus on system integrators, B2B resellers, and installers.
  • Drive and motivate managed accounts to sell our complete category solutions (Omada + VIGI) and grow in-house share with managed partners.
  • Lead project flow internally and externally: organize and oversee multi-party cooperation steps to ensure timeline control and supply delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, vertical sales, marketing, and technical support to deliver complete solution services and brand value.
  • Stay involved in and informed about B2B market trends, competitor actions, and market developments to support decision-making.
  • Summarize and present regional sales reports.

We are looking for:

  • Proven sales experience in the B2B sector (experience in enterprise networking and security-related industries is an advantage).
  • Strong relationships with B2B partners and a solid understanding of the B2B market; well-established engagement with local partners and the ability to initiate new business.
  • Target-oriented approach, with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets; strong ownership and independence in generating and managing new accounts and ensuring local business operations run smoothly.
  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience required; willingness to conduct mapping visits with potential partners and work closely with B2B partners and customers daily.
  • Experience in project management and maintaining account pipelines and databases.
  • Full, clean driving license.
