Senior Full stack developer (PHP, JS)

Our company is part of a large international fintech holding, a leader in lending, debt collection, and marketing in the Czech Republic. For over 10 years, we have been operating under the license of the Czech National Bank, delivering financial services to international markets. We develop high-load services for traffic management, affiliate marketing, lead generation, and analytics.

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (approximately 70% backend / 30% frontend) to help enhance existing products and build new tools for marketing and traffic optimization.

Key Requirements

• 5−7+ years of web development experience, with a focus on JavaScript and PHP (7.4+/8.*).
• Symfony (Primary) | Laravel | Yii2 | CodeIgniter: Experience in building and maintaining applications of varying complexity.
• Databases: Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• API & Microservices: Development and integration of APIs for frontend interfaces and external systems.

Core Skills & Knowledge

• PHP: Strong command of PHP (7.4+/8.*), including server-side logic, API development, database integration, and ORM usage.
• Testing: Experience writing unit and integration tests.
• SOLID, OOP: Practical understanding and application.
• JavaScript & Libraries: Familiarity with frameworks like Vue.js or React (a plus), and ability to effectively use jQuery for fast, responsive web apps.
• Frontend Development: Expertise in adaptive, cross-browser layouts using HTML5/CSS3. Ability to build and maintain UIs with both functionality and visual appeal.

• Experience with high-load services and infrastructure scaling.
• Development of custom tools for marketing/traffic automation.
• Integration with platforms like Typeform, AWS Lambda, n8n, and other rapid-solution tools.
• Familiarity with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, etc.).
