What We’re Looking For:

• Sales Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a sales or lead generation role, ideally in the software outsourcing and outstaffing industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential. You should be able to engage prospects effectively and professionally.
• Drive and Initiative: A proactive approach with a strong motivation to succeed and a passion for driving new business opportunities.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others and share insights to improve overall sales strategies.
