Our Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a degree in pharmacy, medicine, biology, or biochemistry (Master's or PhD is a strong plus);
• Has deep knowledge of biology, molecular biology, and biochemistry;
• Has experience in preparing, analyzing, and ensuring the quality of dietary supplements or pharmaceutical products;
• Has at least 2 years of experience in business development, project management, or international operationswithin the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries;
• Has worked with laboratories, production facilities, quality control, and certification processes;
• Understands regulatory requirements (GMP, GDP, ISO) and is familiar with licensing, submissions, and technical documentation;
• Speaks and writes English at an Advanced level, with solid command of scientific terminology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search for and establish long-term partnerships with CMO/CDMO manufacturers for product development and production;
• Negotiate technical and commercial terms with production partners and oversee contract execution;
• Analyze and develop new dietary supplement products — from concept to production handoff;
• Review scientific and lab data (formulations, stability, efficacy);
• Prepare purchase forecasts and coordinate with planning and logistics teams;
• Organize and manage the production process — including coordination with manufacturing sites and managing external contractors;
• Oversee quality control: raw materials, intermediates, finished products, and supporting documentation;
• Build efficient and sustainable production routes;
• Submit applications for approval, licensing, and production in accordance with international standards (GMP, GDP, ISO);
• Coordinate cross-functional teams;
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches;
• Analyze the market and competitive landscape, forecast demand, monitor trends, and help shape pricing strategy.
