🚚 Dispatcher / Support Manager — US Trucking Company (Lviv Office)

Location: Lviv, Ukraine (In-office position)

To strengthen our operations, we are seeking a sharp, motivated, and experienced Hotshot Dispatcher / Support Manager who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate daily trucking operations for US-based routes.

Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams in English.

Plan and assign loads, track shipments, and ensure timely deliveries.

Resolve operational issues and handle emergency situations with professionalism.

Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with US trucking regulations.

Maintain accurate records, reports, and schedules in dispatch systems.

Provide support and guidance to team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

Experience in trucking dispatch, freight brokerage, or logistics operations (US market experience preferred).

English — both written and spoken (must be confident in professional communication).

Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.

Proficiency with computers and dispatch/tracking software.

Availability to work according to US time zones.

Salary:

1.75% from gross from the beginning and grows with resonal results, paid training period, unlimited amount of trucks.

📅 Regular schedule

2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (Mon-Fri)

Closed on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as US federal holidays,paid US holidays
