Job description

DevIT Group is a Ukrainian IT company providing a full range of IT services and business solutions to clients worldwide. We develop our own products, as well as custom websites and web applications for businesses in industries such as E-commerce, Media, Healthcare, Social Networks, Real Estate, and more. Our services include both outsourcing and outstaffing models, delivering end-to-end solutions and large-scale project implementation.

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of experience in lead generation or IT sales on Upwork,
  • 6+ months of proven experience in selling web development services, preferably in an outsourcing/outstaffing company,
  • Experience in independently managing the full sales cycle (Upwork, LinkedIn, Clutch, GoodFirms, and other international platforms),
  • Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher),
  • Motivation to grow in international B2B sales,
  • Basic understanding of web development technologies (MERN, Python, PHP, UI/UX, Shopify, etc.),
  • Experience working with CRM systems,
  • Strong communication and written skills,

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, Clutch, GoodFirms, or other platforms,

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently search for potential clients on Upwork (as well as LinkedIn, Clutch, Goodfirms, and other international platforms),
  • Pre-qualify job posts according to the company’s criteria,
  • Write creative and tailored cover letters to maximize response rates,
  • Manage and close deals with leads from multiple channels (Upwork is the primary channel; LinkedIn, Email, and inbound leads are additional),
  • Communicate with clients, analyze their needs, prepare commercial proposals and preliminary estimates in collaboration with the PreSale team,
  • Negotiate, close contracts, and ensure ongoing client support, including upselling and cross-selling,
  • Work closely with the PreSale and Project Management teams to ensure client satisfaction,
  • Achieve individual sales targets and meet KPI requirements,
