Personal Assistant to the CEO
Company: Recruiting and Immigration Agency
Location: Warsaw / Bratislava / Barcelona
Work format: Office / Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO (manage calendar, organize meetings, business trips, and online conferences).
- Prepare and format business correspondence, documents, presentations, and reports.
- Monitor the execution of tasks and coordinate communication between company departments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing information (calls, emails, messengers).
- Assist in organizing negotiations with partners and clients, including international ones.
- Maintain contact databases, document management, and archives.
- Perform personal assignments for the CEO when necessary.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a personal assistant, office manager, secretary, or similar position will be an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office / Google Workspace).
- English language proficiency at least Upper-Intermediate (work with international clients).
- Knowledge of other languages (Polish, Slovak, or other European languages) is a plus.
- Friendly attitude, stress tolerance, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
